BUSH VINE PINOTAGE

Medium dense pomegranate red wine with a developed rim indicating this is a slightly older wine. Clear and bright. Barrel matured.

NOSE

A complex forthcoming nose. Earthy and almost savoury aromas, forest floor and subtle red and dark fruits. Hints of vanilla and oak. Well balanced.

PALATE

Medium intense wine with dark berry fruit, well-structured, medium tannins and a beautiful balance. The wine is made in a classic, traditional style. Drink now or age for 3 - 5 years.

FOOD SUGGESTION

Enjoy with ostrich carpaccio or medallions of kudu fillet.
